• The security deposit is €750 and is refundable on departure.
• Sheets and towels can be hired at €15 per pair and the final cleaning is €80.
• 30% payable on reservation and the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Surroundings and Local Facilities

Situated between Beziers and Pezenas. The historic (Moliere) town of Pezenas is situated 10 km from the Chateau. The beach, which is 30 kms long, starts 10 minutes away by car, i.e. Marseillan Plage with its pretty harbour, Cap d'Agde and Vias Plage.
