The beautiful city of Nice is an ideal location for your vacation getaway. Nice is a Mediterranean city with a rich and diverse past whose traditions are jealously guarded. A truly international city, Nice also enjoys a marvelous climate. The old city, and the prestigious Promenade des Anglais will enchant you. The apartment (sleeps 4) has a separate bedroom. Walking distance from Promenade des Anglais, the Old city and the Port. Living room with connecting kitchen area and two large windows, facing south. New and fully equipped kitchen. Linen and towels provided. Bathroom with shower. The apartment is 34 m2 and is located on the first floor (there is a lift).

• We do not charge any additional cleaning expenses at the end of your stay provided you leave the apartment in reasonably clean condition. Water and electricity consumption (there are separate meters) are deducted from the deposit at the rate of : -Water: 10 EUR per Week.
  -Electricity: 0,25 EUR per kwh.
• A cash payment equal to 50% of the rental is required upon handing over of the keys and will be refunded at the end of your stay. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Surroundings and Local Facilities

There is a big supermarket (carrefour) further down the street. You can park your car in the street. All our guests have done it and haven't had any problems. There is also a small park close by. This apartment is located on a quiet street near the old city and the port of Nice within walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais (waterfront promenade).
