Near the house there are walking routes. The territory is very hilly and offers fabulous views and discoveries. There are a great number of places for sightseeing in the surroundings (cathar castles, grottos, thermal spas, Canal de Midi, markets, carnivals etc.) Cépie is situated between Limoux and Carcassonne. In both towns there are plenty of shops and restaurants. In the district there are big opportunities to visit vineyards with wine testing. The surroundings offer a number of attractive golf courses. Horse riding, water sports, climbing are other things to do. The distance to the Mediterranean beaches is 80 km.
