Området “Aldea de las Cuevas”, där huset är beläget, är en etablerad
urbanisation med omkring 150 villor. De tar ett lugnt område med vackra
omgivningar av höga berg och orörd natur. Där finns en barnklubb,
bar/restaurang och tennisklubb disponibel för gäster och boende i
urbanisationen bara 2 minuters promenad från huset. Stranden är bara 15-20
min bilkörning och där är spektakulära vyer ner över dalen ända ner till
havet från alla rum i villan.
Denia och Javea är båda små kustorter med en härlig familjekänsla året
runt. Under sommarmånaderna erbjuder de också ett bra nattliv for den
yngre generationen. Om du vill göra en utflykt till större städer når du
Benidorm inom 25 minuter och Valencia och Alicante inom en timma.

The house has recently undergone a complete renovation. It has a 10x4m
heated pool, air conditioning / heating, 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large
kitchen/dining room and spacious living room. It is surrounded by a lovely
established garden, fish pond, huge terrace and an area of grass and an
olive tree where you can get shade during the hottest days. A further roof
terrace provides extra sunbathing for sun worshippers. The property sleeps
12-14 maximum.
The area “Aldea de las Cuevas”, where the house is situated, is an
established urbanisation of about 150 villas. It is a very calm area with
beautiful surroundings of high mountains and unspoiled nature. There is a
childrens’ club, bar/restaurant and tennis club for use by guests and
residents of the urbanisation within a 2 minute walk of the house. The
beach is only 15-20 min drive away and there are spectacular views down the
valley to the oceanfront.
Denia and Javea are both small coastal resorts with a great family feel
all year round as well as a good nightlife in the summer season. If you
want to make excursions to bigger cities you have Benidorm only 25 minutes
away and Valencia and Alicante can be reached within an hour.
